Announcement from Horizons
We are closely monitoring the unfolding events in the US to identify any potential issues for our US-based clients. Please note, Horizons does not have any funds with Silicon Valley Bank or Signature Bank, and therefore problems at those banks do not affect our ability to process client payroll.
Our clients’ assets are safeguarded by multiple trusted financial institutions, including HSBC, Commerzbank, and TRIUST, as part of a global banking infrastructure. This ensures the highest level of asset protection for our customers — if one bank experiences difficulties, we are still able to process payroll as per usual through other banks.
However, we are aware that there may be challenges for some of our customers due to the recent problems at Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank.
Horizons is here to ease any difficulties for customers with funds in either bank, who are having trouble financing payroll.
We realize this is an evolving situation and we’re here to support you. If you have any questions or need further support, please contact our dedicated support team at contact@joinhorizons.com and add Silicon Valley Bank or Signature in the subject line of your email.

To succeed in this mission, it has always been our top priority to ensure that employees are paid on time, through every pay cycle.
That’s why we utilize a system of global banking partners, ensuring that payroll can be processed smoothly no matter what difficulties occur.
Since our founding, we have been honored to serve hundreds of companies and thousands of employees as a trusted payroll and employment partner. Our emphasis on regulatory compliance and error-free payroll means that clients can be confident employees will be paid on time, even if issues arise in the banking system.
