After an intense research phase of the EOR market we decided to give it a try with Horizons.

The supporting and patient attitude of Horizons responsible Account Manager never created the feeling that they we are just another potential customer.

Every question and concerns we adressed were answered immediately and with a high level of competence.

In the Onboarding phase also every question was answered quickly and with the right level of detailed information.

The landing page is awesome! it has an all in one view in one single page. You wont get lost. It is easy to find stuff that you are looking for with so many features to utilize.

Easy to work with, responsive, and always looking to find ways to support better.

Despite the time difference, the team I work with at Horizons is very responsive and quick to provide follow-up or guidance. Our direct contact, Julia Marie Geolingo, is fantastic. Having a point of contact in the Philippines for my team members has been great. I also really like to see the improvements made to their newest platform, which makes managing contracts and their payroll very easy.

6 month experience

Locally based in France. After giving all documents for the ondoarding, Horizons did the job and I received the documents for signature day by day. Everything if fully authentified and certificated.

Depending of the topics and the complexity, the support is always there.

Now everything is running perfectly, no problems at all.
